Woodlands Have Hushed Their Songs
The breath of prehistoric organisms still stays
In blades of grass,
The secret of fossils is suspending on dust.
A rainforest has survived for ten-thousand years,
There are stones waiting to cross a lake.
Daylight is carrying sounds
Like leaves that hold sleeping birds;
Water is carrying colors
Like songs of cicadas that disturb dawn.
The blazing fire warns me,
"Do not walk into the flame."
Only in this way can the ashes remain traces of years.
